This course is designed for students to attain the skills necessary to create and sustain competitive advantage through strategy formulation. This is accomplished through learning how to analyze industries and competitors to ascertain the risks and opportunities, and developing the firm's resources and capabilities to capitalize on strengths and overcome weaknesses.
