The Army ROTC Leader Development and Assessment Course (LDAC) is a five-week training event for Army ROTC cadet officer candidates and is normally taken by cadets between the third and fourth year of their Military Science and Leadership program. The LDAC incorporates a wide range of subjects designed to develop and evaluate leadership ability. Prerequisite: Permission of the Military Science and Leadership Program Coordinator.
