ITM-560: IT Project Management

The course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully plan, execute, and manage IT projects. The course covers key project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall and essential tools and techniques for managing scope, time, budget, and resources. Students will learn how to lead project teams, mitigate risks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure project success from initiation to completion. Emphasis is placed on real-world application, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. Prerequisites: ITM 510 or Approval of the instructor.
